The Chelsea Arts Club have launched their online web shop for selling their yearbook and other club merchandise. The shop is for members only and so is hidden behind the member login. Members can choose items and put them in to the basket and pay at the end. The orders go in to the Millennia sales order system for completion and fulfilment. Although other merchandise is handled in-house, sales of the yearbook reach such a high volume that orders are fulfilled by a 3rd party company which does the packing and the posting. The Millennia sales order system produces a data output (spreadsheet) which is emailed to the fulfilment Company on a regular basis. So orders are received in quick time after the member has placed their order.
