We are currently looking to recruit additional people to join our customer services team providing support services on our range of hospitality software products. The role will encompass end user application software support, user training and for a more experienced candidate there is an opportunity to get involved in account management.
Candidates are likely to have worked in hospitality and have some IT experience either as an application user or in an IT services role, and now looking to move in to a more focused role with a system provider. The position is an office based (Newbury) one with occasional travel to customer sites.
