Stores and sales outlets

The system provides for the set up of multiple sales and stores outlets (cellar or dry goods store) configured to suit each site and operation. For example, stock can be delivered into a stores outlet and subsequently issued to the sales outlet (bar, restaurant, shop or kitchen). Alternatively, for a similar operation, stock can be received directly into the sales outlet, reducing the need for requisitions from one outlet to another.

By recording opening stock and closing stock figures for each item in each outlet, the system then analyses consumption at cost, consumption at selling price (theoretical sales) and stock valuation. Theoretical sales and actual sales (from Millennia EPOS) can then be compared with consumption to calculate gross profit value and percentage. Alternatively, sales values can be entered manually at outlet or item level where EPOS is not in use.
