Users can track the revenue generated by individual guests or clients, and relate this information directly to the company marketing strategy. By automatically tracking sources of revenue, users can take a proactive approach to their promotional activities.

With both on screen and printed report options, information can be accessed at any time during the marketing cycle, not just on a historical basis. The system can help map out entire marketing strategies, linking expenditure directly to the revenue generated.

The Database Selection program provides an easy-to-use tool for selecting profiles from the database and outputting the name and address details for database marketing. Labels, personalised letters, personalised emails can be generated from the system. Alternatively produce a file (text, spreadsheet, CSV) for sending to a fulfilment house where large volumes are involved.
