Millennia Sales & Marketing utilises the powerful database server engine to store and retrieve large volumes of data. Based on industry standard client/server technology, the database structure records data from Front Office, Reservations and Sales and Marketing into a single file format. The files allow rapid transfer of data between applications and multi-user access.

Millennia Sales & Marketing incorporates unique, in-built, report writing functionality, as well as comprehensive on screen displays. Using standard Windows interfacing, users can extract data from the system in a fraction of the time required by other systems.

The report writing system allows regularly used database extract files to be saved at any time. This ability to re-use mailing criteria greatly speeds up marketing activity.

Users can choose a range of mail merging facilities from internal letters, quick mail merge or export to any Windows compatible Word Processing package. Forthcoming support for the Microsoft OLE2 standard will further enhance the available options.
